That's right: Democrats are finally playing the long game on the Supreme Court. Republicans spent decades stacking the courts — and now we're fighting back.
President Biden's proposals to reform the Supreme Court include the following:
- No Immunity for Crimes a Former President Committed in Office
- Term Limits for Supreme Court Justices
- Binding Code of Conduct for the Supreme Court
This is so important. Passing these reforms would mean that the Supreme Court could no longer serve as a rubber stamp for the far-right conservative agenda, like we've seen happen in recent years with the disastrous Trump-appointed majority.
