Kilmar Abrego Garcia

The White House's refusal to act is setting a dangerous precedent.

Wes Moore for Maryland

No matter what others are saying, here are the facts:

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is a father. He is a sheet metal apprentice. And he is a Maryland resident.

On March 15, 2025, he was wrongfully deported to El Salvador.

The Trump administration admitted to their "administrative error" and, in a 9-0 decision, the Supreme Court demanded they fix it.

Now, President Trump is refusing to take action and to return Kilmar to his home. And he's even threatening to deport other U.S. citizens.

It's outrageous. Not only that, it has the potential to serve as a dangerous precedent for what Trump can get away with.

I will not stand idly by as this administration disappears Americans to foreign prisons.

I hope you will stand with me.

Elevate,

Wes
