Jason,   Bernie Sanders and I have been battling Big Pharma to slash prescription drug costs for years.    On Monday morning, President Trump took a significant step forward by signing an executive order to lower drug costs by 30 to 80 percent. The problem? An EO won't cut it.    That's why I just introduced the Global Fairness in Drug Pricing Act, a bill to codify President Trump's executive order.
