This poll closes soon. | | | | Friend, | | Pete Hegseth is the most unqualified person to serve as Secretary of Defense in my lifetime. | | For some reason, it seems like he can't stop using his personal phone to dangerously share classified military strike plans with people who shouldn't see them – including a journalist, his wife, and his brother. The Pentagon's own Inspector General just released a report concluding that these actions could've put the lives of U.S. troops at risk if the sensitive information fell into the wrong hands. | | But now, we've also learned that Pete may have committed a war crime in September when he issued a careless order to "kill everybody" on a boat in the Caribbean, leading to an illegal strike on a boatful of people and the murder of two incapacitated people clinging on for life in the water. | | Congress is investigating this matter. But if the reports are true and Sec. Hegseth ordered our military to commit a war crime – I believe he should resign immediately, or be impeached.
