Now, let me introduce you to Dylan.
Dylan is a seventh-generation Upstate New Yorker, born and raised in South Glens Falls. For more than two centuries, his family has lived, worked, and run small businesses across the North Country. Public service isn't a slogan in Dylan's family, it's a way of life.
His father spent decades as an elementary school principal. His mother dedicated her career to helping families as a social worker. His grandfather, a World War II veteran and longtime public school teacher, believed deeply in looking out for your neighbors, a lesson Dylan learned early and never forgot.
Dylan carried those values with him into public service at the highest levels. As a White House trade official, he protected American workers and farmers, challenged greedy corporations, and strengthened our national security. But no matter how far his work took him, he never forgot where he came from – or who he was fighting for.
Now, after nearly 30 years of calling the district home, Dylan is stepping up to serve the North Country.
He's running to lower costs for working families, fight for a living wage, universal childcare and healthcare, and make sure every generation has a fair shot at success. And he's doing it with the same values his family has lived by for generations: resilience, service, and community.
But he can't flip this red district without our help.
Will you rush to split a contribution between Dylan Hewitt and my campaign today, before the December 31 deadline?
Your support right now will help build a grassroots campaign strong enough to win and ensure the North Country finally has the representation it deserves.
