- GASSING CHILDREN: Noem directed ICE to carry out warrantless raids and used militarized force against civilians—including an incident where agents used tear gas on children during a Halloween parade in Chicago.
- CORRUPTION: Noem bypassed competitive bidding to funnel $200 million in taxpayer funds to ad agencies run by her close associates.
