J.D. Vance is attacking due process

Jason,   On March 15, Kilmar Abrego Garcia of Maryland was illegally detained by ICE agents, deported, and imprisoned without trial in a maximum-security prison in El Salvador, despite having no criminal record in either country. The Trump Administration later called it an "administrative error," but the Trump administration has falsely claimed Abrego Garcia does not deserve due process.   Trump and Vance have defied orders from the Supreme Court and a federal judge to facilitate Abrego Garcia's return. In response, J.D. Vance posted a statement on X defending their actions and rejecting the constitutional right to due process guaranteed to every person in the United States, regardless of citizenship.
