President Trump's unlawful tariffs are wreaking chaos on California families, businesses, and our economy — driving up prices and threatening jobs.
That is why California filed a lawsuit to stop Trump's tariffs.
Last night, a court agreed with the legal theory behind our case and ordered a reversal of the tariffs.

California is the largest manufacturing and agricultural state in the country as well as one of the largest trading partners around the globe.
No state has been, or will be, more impacted than California when it comes to the unilateral and illegal authority being asserted by the Trump administration to impose the largest and most regressive tax increase in modern American history.
Make no mistake, this case will likely end up in the Supreme Court and we will remain vigilant in pushing back against all of this Trump created chaos.
