Did you know that this is the first office I have ever been elected to?
To be frank, I'm still more comfortable in cargo shorts than a suit. And while I can't meet everyone who donates to this campaign, I wanted to share a little bit about myself with you:
🎧 I listen to Freeway and Jay-Z to get hyped up before big meetings and tough conversations.
🫢 I embarrass my kids every time I try to use their slang. (I have "no rizz.")
⚾ I like watching the Orioles and the Ravens and cheering for Adley Rutschman and Lamar Jackson like any other Marylander.
🍝 And on the weekends I love cooking for my family. I'll even share some table scraps with our dog, Tucker, even though my wife Dawn tells me not to.
I share all of this because our movement is powered by folks giving $5, $10, and $25 at a time. Your support means I can be the authentic leader that Maryland deserves, not the politician special interests want me to be.
