We're doing the work — and it's working.

Jason —
A new study just came out on who holds power in our state legislatures. And I'll be honest — it didn't surprise me.
Most state lawmakers are over 50, white, male, married without kids at home, and financially secure outside their legislative salary. That's not a bad thing in and of itself — but it is a problem when that's overwhelmingly who's making our laws.
Because that's not what this country looks like.
It's why we launched Leaders We Deserve — to elect young people, women, Black and Brown leaders, LGBTQ+ folks, and working people from all walks of life. People who actually look like and live like the communities they represent.
We're doing the work — and it's working. But we're up against political machines, billionaire donors, and a system that was never built for us to win. So we've got to fight harder, organize smarter, and yeah — raise the money to go toe-to-toe with the status quo.
Will you pitch in $5 right now to help us elect the next generation of leaders?

Representation is more than a buzzword. It's the foundation of real democracy.
If you've ever wondered why our legislatures are so out of touch — this is it. And it won't change unless we do the work to change it.
Thank you for being in this with us.
