I just saw polling that made my jaw drop: A 20-point increase in the number of young Democrats who say they're definitely going to vote next year compared to this point in 2017.
Let me say that again: 20 points.
That's not just a good sign. It's a wake-up call that this generation is ready to lead.
And if we get this right, we could see a youth turnout wave even bigger than 2018 — when we flipped the House and defeated more NRA-backed politicians than ever before.
But none of that happens unless we support the candidates who represent this energy. That's why we're backing young, unapologetically progressive leaders who know what it's like to pay rent in this century and live under the threat of gun violence, the climate catastrophe, and economic chaos.
Right now, we're facing a mid-month fundraising deadline, and we need to close the gap on our $22,200 goal before midnight tonight.
