| Jason, We just beat Donald Trump in court. In response to the Democratic Party's lawsuit, a federal judge permanently blocked parts of Trump's illegal executive order in which he tried to make it harder for members of the military and married women who have changed their name to vote. In the words of the judge, "our Constitution does not allow the President to impose unilateral changes to federal election procedures." We couldn't agree more. Jason, this decision is a win for democracy and for the American people. But we also know that the fight doesn't end here. Donald Trump could appeal this decision, and he'll certainly continue working with Republicans in Congress to try to restrict Americans' voting rights in 2026 and beyond. We need to be ready to stop them when they try.
