I won't lie, I'm getting worried. Our public fundraising deadline is coming up fast at the end of the year, and what we report shapes this race.
As Katie Porter's finance director, I'm working hard to make sure we have the resources to win. That means raising more money and making smart investments to keep our fundraising on track with our strategy to win.
Part of my job is making sure we hit our big goals, and part of making sure we're on pace is by breaking big tasks into smaller ones. That's why we set a mid-month goal of raising $10,000 over email by midnight on the 15th. Can you chip in today to help us reach it?
I know our grassroots donors have the power to reach this goal (I see the numbers—even if a small percent of people chip in we'll hit it with ease). That's why I'm writing to you today.
