This is what I said.
When I ran for governor, I made one promise above everything else:
That we would build a Maryland that leaves no one behind.
That meant the kid in Baltimore who needed better schools. The family in Prince George's who needed to feel safe. The worker who needed a real shot at a livable wage.
We've delivered — not perfectly, but relentlessly.
