Did you see Ryan's email yesterday? I wanted to follow up personally because we just learned the National Republican Congressional Committee has announced nearly $4 million in advertising here in the Central Valley.
I know exactly what that means. Every time voters turn on the TV, they'll see attack ads against me. I hate the negative dirty politics, but that's the playbook for our MAGA opponent.
They'll spend millions of dollars to attack me because they know their policies aren't popular (we've all seen their Project 2025 plan). They don't have a positive vision so they turn the conversation to divisive lies.
But the honest truth is that we do not have $4 million to counter this. I refuse to take corporate PAC money, so without your support, we simply won't have the resources to push back against these Republican attacks.
I've always stood firm in my commitment to fight for our democracy. No matter what the GOP throws at us, we find a way to push back. We have to respond to these attacks with a positive vision of what Democrats stand for. That is how we win this seat and win back the House Majority.
I truly believe we are on the right side of history, and I believe in this team.
But, this is the biggest financial challenge we've EVER faced. We urgently need more resources to counter these attack ads and tell voters the truth. So I'm reaching out and asking for your help because I know we can count on you.
