| | | Jason, unfortunately last night didn't go our way. Look, there's no way around it. This hurts. But I want you to know this: I have no regrets. We ran an incredible grassroots campaign, and with your support, we did everything we possibly could to win, and told the stories of so many brave women who have been impacted by this horrific abortion ban. I'm so humbled by their support and trust in me to tell their stories. I will never stop fighting against this ban. I am so grateful to you for believing in me and hoping for the future. Together, we built a campaign to be proud of, where everyone was welcome. We went from no one giving us a chance, to getting the entire country's attention turned to the impacts of extremist policies and failures in leadership from our current representatives. While this is not the outcome we all hoped for, I will never stop fighting for Texans. The sun will rise tomorow and we will all have a role to play in continuing to pass the baton in the relay race of our democracy during this critical moment in American history. Thank you again for being by my side every step of the way in this race. Colin | | | | | | |
