Maryland families are seeing skyrocketing utility costs because of the reckless actions of the Trump administration.
That's unacceptable — so we are taking action.
Together with Maryland Senate President Bill Ferguson and Maryland House Speaker Joseline Peña-Melnyk, I'm introducing a package of legislation aimed at driving down energy bills to make Maryland more affordable and protect our families.
We'll increase local clean energy production, hold big corporations accountable, and bring prices down for everyone. All together, this will save at least $150 a year while modernizing our entire electric grid.
