As Trump’s war of choice goes on, everyday Americans are paying the price.
Energy costs and gas prices are rising day by day. And now, Trump’s proposing to pay for his reckless war by taking away people’s health care. Their latest request would cut funding on everything from roads to hospitals to pay for an even more out-of-control defense budget.
It’s nonsense, and it’s not what any of us want.
This White House is making these decisions without partnering with the states. We’re doing what we can for the people of Maryland, but we have to be clear — the federal government has gone all-in on this reckless war of choice and decided to stop doing its job.
