Jason,
Tuesday was a great day for democracy and a resounding rebuke of Trump's agenda.
Millions of Americans voted against war, corruption, and a broken economy. They delivered large Democratic majorities in the House and the Senate.
But winning an election is only the beginning. Democrats now have an opportunity—and an obligation—to offer a fundamentally different vision for the country.
I laid out that vision in my latest op-ed: America's Next New Deal.
For too long, our economy has rewarded concentrated wealth while working people struggle to get by. We need an economic agenda that puts people first.
That means:
✅ Medicare for All
✅ Affordable childcare
✅ Good jobs in every community
✅ Tax the billionaires
✅ No more endless foreign wars
When Franklin Roosevelt took on the wealthy and powerful, he didn't stop at challenging the status quo. He showed Americans what a better future could look like.
We need to bring that same commitment back.
Will you add your name to support America's Next New Deal and demand Congress put working people ahead of the billionaire class?
