Don't Do It: October 2026

Thursday, October 22, 2026

Randy Villegas is fighting for the Central Valley. I’m all in.

Jason,

California’s Central Valley has been left behind for too long. Families are working harder and still struggling to afford rent, groceries, and healthcare. Meanwhile, Trump and Republicans in Congress have slashed healthcare coverage millions depend on.

That’s why I’m endorsing Randy Villegas for Congress.

Randy is the son of Mexican immigrants, an educator, and a community organizer who understands what working families face every day. He knows Democrats can’t win by simply opposing Trump. We need a real vision for a government that puts working people first.

Randy is running to protect healthcare, make life more affordable, and challenge a political system that puts wealthy donors ahead of working families. He refuses corporate PAC money because this campaign should answer to the people, not special interests.

Meanwhile, Republican David Valadao voted for Trump’s agenda, including devastating cuts to Medicaid. The Central Valley deserves a representative who fights for its families, not one who votes to take healthcare away.

Will you split a $20 contribution between Randy’s campaign and mine today to help flip CA-22 and send a fighter for working families to Congress?

This is a competitive race, and Randy has a real shot at winning. Let’s help him get across the finish line and elect leaders who will stand up to corporate power and fight for the people they represent.

Thank you for your support, your activism, and all that you do.

In solidarity,

Wait! One more thing–

Ro doesn't accept a cent from lobbyists or PACs, meaning our work is completely funded by grassroots supporters like you. By donating just $3 today, you’re helping us create a country that works for everyone, not just those at the top. That means a renewed investment in American manufacturing, Medicare for All, student debt relief, and a green future.

If you want to support our people-powered campaign as we continue to fight for progress in Washington, please consider making a donation of $3 or more today. Thank you!

We made a big decision this week.

We’re running ads in multiple media markets in Maryland: Making sure that everybody hears our message in this critical week when early voting begins.

But TV ads are expensive, and keeping our message on the air takes resources.

I’m counting on this team to fuel our re-election effort, and that includes these ads. If we don’t keep up our fundraising pace, we might have to make difficult decisions about where to allocate funds next.

We can’t afford to let up the pace — not with my opponent Dan Cox on the attack. So I have to ask:

Can you rush a contribution of $5 or any amount today to power our campaign, keep our ads on the air, and keep me in the fight for Maryland?

Donate $5 ››

Thank you.

Elevate,

Wes

Democrats could lose this once in a lifetime opportunity to flip Texas BLUE & win back the Senate Majority…

Because sadly, not enough Democrats are donating to help us boost voter turnout in Texas and defeat Ken Paxton!

HARD TRUTH: Ken Paxton is A CROOK and a liar. Voters in Texas HATE him. He will do ANYTHING for Trump.

KEN PAXTON APPROVAL RATING: 35%^[1] ↘↘

But Trump and Elon Musk are pulling out all the stops to keep Texas ruby-red and SAVE Ken Paxton – he’ll do ANYTHING to get Paxton the lead back in the polls.

This is a dire situation, we’re on our hands and knees. Ken Paxton is inches from defeat! If Texas goes blue, the Senate is ours – Trump’s presidency would be RUINED. But Trump & Ken Paxton won’t go down without a fight. They are desperate to keep Texas RUBY-RED! So we’re UNLOCKING a 300%-MATCH on all donations to help Boost Voter Turnout in Texas and defeat Ken Paxton. We are on our KNEES pleading with you to rush just $5 (300%-MATCHED) today. Thank you for supporting the Progressive Turnout Project. We’re a 100% grassroots-funded organization with a single mission: rallying Democrats to exercise their right to vote.

Our Mission: Rally Democrats to Vote.

DONATE TO BOOST DEMOCRATIC VOTER TURNOUT ➞

The best way to turn out voters is with one-on-one conversations.

Progressive Turnout Project is built around this truth, proven time and time again by researchers — including us. On average, our field work boosts voter turnout by more than 10 percent.

How are we different from everyone else sending you emails?

Our Turnout Teams talk to inconsistent voters who are likely Democrats, so they don’t need persuading on who to vote for. They just need a nudge, some information, and to hear from a real person. That means every eligible non-voter we’re able to reach brings Democrats closer to success on Election Day.

Compared to expensive TV ads, research has proven we have a much larger impact for our investment. Jason, that's why we send you so many emails. The success of our work can make or break an election. And we're entirely funded by grassroots donors.

Jason: this is a difficult email to write, but we need you to read the entire thing.

Jason, Donald Trump and his MAGA cronies are working overtime to DESTROY Democratic fundraising right before the midterms. If they succeed, Democrats could lose their golden opportunity to take back the House and RUIN Trump’s presidency. Even worse: Democrats aren't donating like we hoped to help us counteract these attacks. So now we’re on our knees: will you chip in $5 before our end-of-week deadline so we can elect Democrats and take back the House this November? Top donors will 300%-MATCH every penny that you give >>

FIRST: Trump directed his DOJ to launch a baseless investigation against ActBlue, the most trusted Democratic grassroots fundraising platform.

THEN: Trump signed an executive order to destroy Democratic fundraising infrastructure right before the midterms…

NOW: We’re facing a critical end-of-week fundraising deadline that could determine whether Democrats win or lose this November.

If we can’t raise $25,000 today, we won’t have the resources to win this fight.

CHIP IN $5 BEFORE OUR END-OF-WEEK DEADLINE SO WE CAN ELECT DEMOCRATS AND TAKE BACK THE HOUSE THIS NOVEMBER ➞

WE TOLD YOU: Trump’s ActBlue investigation is total baloney. ActBlue is the trusted platform that Grassroots Democrats use to fight back against his extreme agenda.

WE TOLD YOU: He’s trying to suppress Democrats because he knows we only need to flip 3 seats to Take Back The House.

WE TOLD YOU: If no one donates, we won’t have the resources to fight back. Our Democratic Voter Turnout efforts are PROVEN effective. But knocking doors is very expensive.

But we REFUSE to give up now, so we’re racing to collect $25,000 before our crucial end-of-week deadline. Will you please help us hit our goal?
