"I voted for Trump, not Elon Musk"

If you ask the American people what they think about Elon Musk and DOGE, they are vehemently opposed.
The reactions right now are not just in Democratic districts, they're in Republican districts saying, "I voted for Trump, not for Elon Musk."
We did not vote for mass buyouts of the federal workforce.
We did not vote for gutting NASA, and then having the contracts go to SpaceX. We did not vote for Starlink to start replacing critical FAA operations.
There is a very, very deep corruption at the core of this.
If Elon Musk wanted to divest himself of his businesses and enter public service with his so-called 'business expertise,' that is his prerogative.
But so long as he maintains a vested financial interest in gutting the federal government, he is acting in his own self-interest and not those of the American people.
In solidarity,
Alexandria
