Today is Primary Election Day in Maryland, so I’m asking one final time before polls close tonight:
Can I count on you to support my campaign for re-election?
Once every last vote is counted, we’ll find out who our Republican opponent will be in the general election. The race to determine the next chapter of the state of Maryland will officially begin.
Here’s what we already know: the general election will bring on new challenges for our campaign. Attacks on me from our opponents will ramp up quickly, and the MAGA forces who want to see us fail will throw everything they’ve got at this race.
But after tonight, we’ll also face new opportunities. Together, we will have the chance to prove that Maryland is ready to keep fighting for progress, and that we are determined to keep building on the results we’ve delivered to make Maryland more affordable for families.
I am incredibly proud of all that we’ve accomplished together. Now, with just hours until polls close tonight, I need you by my side as we run through the tape.
