Since 2019, Powered by People has been doing the work to reach out to, register, and mobilize as many Texas voters as possible. We know that our democracy is better when it includes everyone, and that's why we're not leaving any community out.

Ahead of the 2020 election, Powered by People organized over 20,000 volunteers, made over 76 million voter contact attempts, and registered over 250,000 likely-Democratic voters — driving historic turnout across Texas!

But our work didn't end there. During the winter storms last February, volunteers went door-to-door checking in on their neighbors. And when the Texas House Democrats bravely left the state and went to Washington D.C. to call for federal voting rights protections, we had their back with the funds to keep up their fight.

We want to make an even bigger impact before the 2022 midterms — and we know we can do it if enough grassroots donors come together to invest in our work right now, in these critical early months.
