At the intersection of racial, economic, and labor justice, a Green New Deal means creating solutions to reduce our reliance on (and emissions from) fossil fuels, while simultaneously addressing racial discrimination and economic inequality.
In order to achieve a Green New Deal, we must continue to fight for major federal, state, and local investments to be made immediately and at the necessary scale to effectively address the climate crisis by 2030.
But to do that work, we need the grassroots support to go up against the millions of dirty money the fossil fuel industry spends on our elections. So we're setting a new end-of-month goal to have the resources we need.
In partnership with our coalition of local, state, and national grassroots organizations that make up the broader Green New Deal Network, we have built a dynamic movement that aims to start critical conversations, shape policy, and offer bold and effective answers to the intersecting climate, economic, and racial justice crises.
We're so grateful for this vast coalition of climate, labor, racial justice, & tribal communities who have brought a Green New Deal vision from the political fringes to a near-reality. Green New Deal Network is proud to support the coalition of climate justice groups across the country to fight for climate solutions.
Thank you so much for your continued support,
Green New Deal Network
