Can we talk about some numbers for a second?
Our average online donation in 2024 is $36.54. We're really proud of that number, because it shows that the campaign we're building to keep Pennsylvania blue is powered by a lot of everyday donors giving what they can.
But here's what has us a little nervous. Our average donation last year was $46.32. That means in 2023, we needed 216 donations to raise $10,000, and now we need 273.
The fact of the matter is finding 50+ more donations is hard right now. To stay on track, we need either the same people to give more, or we need to find new supporters to step up and close that gap.
