In 2018, Alexandria made headlines when she beat all odds and became the youngest woman ever elected to Congress.
But it's her unrelenting commitment to the progressive movement that elected her in the first place — fighting for bold climate action, Medicare for All, and real change for working families like her own — that has kept our values at the center of the national conversation.

Alexandria campaigned on expanding Medicare in order to make prescriptions more affordable. Now, Medicare has the power to negotiate prescription drugs — and insulin is capped at $35/ month. Alexandria's Green New Deal was called pie-in-the-sky, but it laid the groundwork for Congress to pass its largest ever investment to fight climate change — $369 billion.
And because she takes no donations from corporations, lobbyists, or special interests, Alexandria works only for us.
