It’s been a tough week

But I'm also grateful.

It's been a really tough week, Jason. Honestly, probably one of the toughest I've had in this job. First, a GOP special interest group launched a TV ad for our opponent. That forced us to go up with our own ad weeks before we had the budget to do so. Then, I got a text that our campaign signs were vandalized… with a chainsaw! We're a bit shaken up, but I'm genuinely in awe of the resilience of this team. The amount of support and messages that have come in this week have simply been amazing. And it reminded me that we're in this together — fighting back against the extremism and the hate. This grassroots team absolutely steps up when we need it, and I'm so grateful.
