Tomorrow, my good friend Bob Casey will face his last end-of-quarter fundraising deadline before Election Day.
Bob and I both know very well that winning a statewide election in Pennsylvania is expensive. As a candidate, you have to make sure your message reaches voters across all 11 media markets and 67 counties in the Commonwealth — and advertising ain't cheap.
Making sure Bob raises the money he needs before tomorrow night's deadline is critical to his campaign's success in November. The fate of the Senate and White House will likely be decided right here in Pennsylvania, so we have to do everything we can to support him.
But Republicans are doing everything they can to win as well. That's why they're spending $150 million to prop up Bob's opponent. Multiple polls are showing this race could go either way, meaning Bob has to meet tomorrow's goal.
That's why I am personally asking you to pitch in $5 to his campaign today. We're counting on your support to make sure we send Bob Casey back to the Senate in November.
