I'm really concerned, Jason. Republican TV ads are killing us in our district right now. We need to go up with our response ad but to be frank, we didn't budget to pay for this many ads. It's really frustrating to have to compete against not only our opponent but all this outside money. So this week I had to make a big decision: Do we wait to launch our ads and give Republicans a major TV advantage, or do we launch our ads early without having the money to fund them through the Election? Ultimately I decided we couldn't let Republicans own the airwaves days before ballots are mailed out. So, we wrote a big check and… we're now up on TV! More on our ad coming soon… I now need your help. In order to pay for this big decision, I'm relying on this grassroots team to help us fill the budget gap. We have to keep this TV ad up, but right now we simply can't afford it. Can you please rush in whatever you can right now to make sure I made the right decision and that we have the resources to keep our ads going?
