Happy 107th birthday to our National Park Service!
California has more National Parks than any other state (nine to be exact), so it's important we send a real champion for the environment to the U.S. Senate. Whenever I'm asked what my top priorities in the Senate would be, I'm proud to share that combating climate change and protecting our environment are at the top of my list.
Our National Parks have provided great memories for my family. And in Congress, I have the duty to oversee them. I've pushed leaders to make our parks more accessible to people with disabilities, and lead the fight to fully fund the Every Kid Outdoors program, which grants fourth graders and their families free access to National Parks.
Californians deserve a warrior in Washington fighting to protect our immense natural resources. I'm proud to be the only Democrat in California's Senate race rejecting money from corporate PACs, federal lobbyists, and Big Oil CEOs. But that means I count on supporters like you to power our campaign. Can you chip in 10.70 today to help me continue protecting our planet?
