Joe Manchin's decision not to run for re-election leaves Democrats absolutely zero margin for error if we're going to hold the Senate.
If just one incumbent Democratic Senator loses, we could be in danger of losing the chamber.
That would be terrible news, regardless of what happens in the presidential election. But an absolute disaster if Trump somehow returns to office.

Now that Republicans don't have to spend as much in West Virginia, they can focus those resources elsewhere ... like Nevada and Montana.
