While on my flight from LAX to DC this morning, I checked our fundraising numbers. Honestly, fundraising has been slow this month, so I set a goal of raising $50,000 by the 15th, which marks the halfway point of this fundraising quarter.
I did a little back of the napkin math to see how many supporters we need to chip in:
Our average donation is $28, so with 1,786 donations we should be able to reach our goal. Can you chip in $28 or $56 today? Because I don't take any money from corporate PACs or federal lobbyists, every supporter plays a really important role in helping us meet these goals, which will allow us to WIN this race.
