URGENT – Take Action to Stop the TikTok Ban

Banning TikTok is an assault on the First Amendment and digital entrepreneurs. If Congress seeks to protect American freedoms, this is not the way.

Jason,   Censoring Americans to defend freedom? I don't buy it.   I joined Senators Ed Markey, Ron Wyden, and Cory Booker to introduce the Extend the TikTok Deadline Act, a bill that would delay the TikTok ban by 270 days. This allows TikTok to field new offers for the sale of the app's U.S. operations while allowing Congress to assess the consequences of this sweeping and unconstitutional ban.   TAKE ACTION: Protect Free Speech. Don't ban TikTok.   This ban takes speech away from 170 million Americans and hurts over 7 million small business owners and entrepreneurs.   It's up to all of us to stand up and fight back.
