This marks my 63rd lawsuit against Donald Trump in less than 63 weeks — that's how frequently this administration is breaking the law.

At the center of this case is something called the Endangerment Finding: the federal government's official recognition that pollution from cars and trucks drives climate change and harms public health.
That finding is grounded in science, upheld by the courts, and relied on by Democratic and Republican administrations alike.
It's also just common sense.
But now, Trump and his EPA are trying to erase it entirely.
They want to overrule science and eliminate the legal foundation for limiting pollution from vehicles — a sweeping move that would increase emissions, worsen air quality, and put millions of Americans at risk.
Their decision isn't based on data, facts, or credible science. On the contrary, it ignores decades of research — and what we can plainly see with our own eyes: destructive wildfires, smoke-filled air, increasingly extreme storms, floods, and droughts.
If it's allowed to stand, we'll see more pollution, worse air quality, accelerated climate change, higher energy bills, higher insurance costs, even higher healthcare costs.
And the heaviest burden will fall on communities already facing the worst environmental harms.
Bottom line: Science is real. Climate change is real. And it's harming our communities right now — whether or not that's politically convenient for Donald Trump.
That's why I'm taking action. The EPA is ignoring its legal obligation under the Clean Air Act, defying clear Supreme Court precedent, and attempting to overturn decades of settled science with discredited claims. That's not how the law works — and it's not how science works.
