Knocking on doors and talking to voters might sound a little intimidating at first, but it's not hard. It's fun, once you get into the swing of it! We ask them who they're planning to vote for. If they're not sure, we'll ask what issues are most important to them and share why we personally support Beto. The real key is listening more than talking.
This is proven to be the single most effective way to win votes. Boiled down, it's just about connecting -- face to face, neighbor to neighbor. That's what this campaign is all about.
It's how we're going to move this country away from fear and division -- and toward one where everyone can live in dignity. Where we achieve universal, guaranteed, high-quality health care. Where we tackle mass incarceration. Where we free our economy from dependence on fossil fuels. Where teachers are paid a living wage. Where we lift up rural America. And so much more.
