Hey, Jason, it’s Colin Allred. I’m writing to respectfully ask that you chip in $5 to help me win in TX-33 and do my part to flip the House blue. Here's why:

Texas Republicans have already tried to rig the elections here in Texas to hold on to control of Congress. They've gerrymandered districts in favor of the GOP to try and silence minority voters across the state – TX-33 is one of those redrawn districts.

If we don’t take back the House in two weeks, the GOP will try to gerrymander their way into holding on to power for decades to come.

If Democrats stand together, we can spark a blue wave across the country and win in places we never thought imaginable – including right here in Texas, where the GOP's nationwide gerrymandering scheme started last summer.

But I won't lie to you; winning won't be easy. And it definitely won't be cheap.

Right now, Texans are voting, and we need to raise more grassroots dollars to turn out the voters we need.

The only way I can make sure this happens is with your help.

Will you make a contribution of $5 or more to help me, a former civil rights attorney, beat my Republican opponent in November and make the GOP regret ever trying to silence the voters of TX-33?

Please use the links in this email to start a weekly donation through ActBlue.

Thank you so much for being in this fight with me.

– Colin
