My definition of patriotism is serving my country in the 82nd Airborne division in Afghanistan and devoting my life to a career in public service.

My opponent Dan Cox’s definition of patriotism? Putting on a red cap and helping Donald Trump try to overturn the 2020 election, bussing people to D.C. on January 6th, and inviting Proud Boys to his campaign events.

That’s what’s at stake in Maryland right now. My version of patriotism is protecting us. My opponent would use his to try to destroy us.
