Across industries, CEOs and those at the very top are seeing skyrocketing, record profits.
Technology can't be an excuse to bust unions and leave workers behind. But that's exactly what TV and movie studio executives are doing.
The Progressive Change Campaign Committee and I are proud to stand with the writers and actors currently on strike. Can you join us and sign our petition in support of workers today?
Across industries, CEOs and those at the very top are seeing skyrocketing, record profits. The Barbie and Oppenheimer movies just brought in a combined $235.5 million in a single weekend! Workers deserve their fair share.
Earlier this year I joined striking writers in Culver City and heard firsthand about their fight for a more fair contract.
But this isn't just about Hollywood or getting our favorite TV shows back. We need strong unions to stand against corporate greed in every industry. As a consumer protection attorney, I've seen how healthy unions benefit consumers—they often push for things that keep all of us safer, like better safety guidelines on airplanes or in hospitals.
The strikes are fundamentally about standing up to corporate power. I hope you'll sign on in support.
