I wanted to share this letter with you:
I couldn’t agree more, Tyler.
Since taking office, Trump hasn’t made life cheaper or easier—he’s done the opposite.
Costs are up, families are stretched thin, greedy corporations are still squeezing people, and working Californians are still left behind.
Now, I’m up against two Republican candidates who are running to bring that same Trump agenda to California.
Unlike them, I’m running to actually lower costs—less expensive housing, free child care, and a single-payer health care system.
Our June primary is just five weeks away, and if we’re going to break into the top two that move onto the general election, we need a surge of support right now. We can’t afford to let Trump’s agenda win in California.
If you’re able, I’d be honored if you chipped in $5 to my campaign today. Together, we can make sure this kind of “evil, mean, and nasty” politics Tyler described has no place in our state.
