Last month, ahead of the Maryland Democratic primary, I hit the road in my pickup truck to knock on doors, meet with voters, and get out the vote for Leaders-endorsed candidate (and my friend), Matt Post.
I’m proud to say Leaders We Deserve helped Matt win his primary — and in this safe Democratic district, we can assume he’ll win in November and bring his fight for Maryland’s future to the House of Delegates.
We do more than make donations to our candidates (though that’s still important). But my favorite part of the job is rolling up my sleeves and getting to work on the ground for these campaigns, just like I did in Maryland.
