When you love this country, you fight for the people who make it work... With Election Day just days away, I’ve been reflecting on why I got in this race.

I was guided by a simple principle: When you love this country, you fight for the people who make it work.

And yet, I’ve seen Ohioans working harder than ever and still being left behind while Washington politicians give handout after handout to billionaires and corporate special interests.

The time for self-serving agendas needs to end, but we can’t make it happen unless we all work together in this final stretch. Will you split $25 or more between my campaign and State Democrats Committee today to help me cross the finish line, win in Ohio, and take back the Senate?

I didn’t plan to run for office again. But I couldn’t sit on the sidelines while Jon Husted and politicians like him in Washington kept failing the people of Ohio.

This campaign has never been about left versus right. It’s about who you fight for – and who you’re willing to stand up to.

When we fought to save the pensions of tens of thousands of Ohio retirees, we stood up to Wall Street and won. When we fought to cap insulin prices and bring down the cost of prescription drugs, we stood up to Big Pharma and won.

I knew a campaign founded on the idea of unrigging the system for working folks had the legs to win. This movement we’ve created has been truly incredible – and it’s all thanks to supporters like you.

But I’m in the fight of my life to flip this seat, and this final stretch is incredibly tough. The GOP and its right-wing billionaire donors are spending millions to mislead voters and attack me, and the only way I can fight back and win is with your grassroots support.

So I’m personally asking: If you believe in my vision for a brighter, fairer future for all, will you split $25 between me and State Democrats Committee to help me win in Ohio and deliver for working families across the country?
