I’m introducing the first-ever Truth and Accountability Commission to investigate abuses of power by the Trump administration, including:
✅The unreleased Epstein files and those connected to his crimes.
✅Shootings and other uses of force by ICE and Border Patrol.
✅Trump and his family’s use of public office for personal gain.
✅DOGE’s mass firings of federal workers and dismantling of government services.
✅The war in Iran, launched without congressional authorization.
These abuses demand answers. And when Democrats take back the House in January, they must use their power to impeach Trump.
We cannot simply move on. We must investigate abuses of power, prosecute crimes, and enforce the rule of law—regardless of who is responsible.
My work with Republican Congressman Thomas Massie on the Epstein Files Transparency Act showed that accountability can cross party lines. Now we must bring that same resolve to the rest of this administration’s abuses.
No president is above the law. No public office is a license for personal enrichment. And no one should be allowed to escape accountability because of their wealth or power.
The fight for accountability is just beginning. If we’re going to investigate abuses of power, pursue impeachment, and hold the powerful accountable, we need to keep building this movement.
