Remember, in California's March 5th primary, the top two vote-getters, regardless of party, move on to the general election. We can't let Republican Steve Garvey push Katie out of the top two. Republican baseball player Steve Garvey's recent rise with voters is really changing the dynamic of this race. One strategist was quoted in the LA Times saying, "the Democratic campaigns are obsessed with Garvey. That's not because they care about [Garvey winning in] November. If he comes in second, Schiff just won the lottery."
We know Katie has an incredibly strong chance of winning the general election and becoming California's next U.S. Senator if we just make it past the primary. We can't let Steve Garvey's personal wealth and fame be the reason we lose Katie's voice in Congress for good.
