The news just broke: Pam Bondi has been fired.
And honestly? Good riddance.
Pam Bondi spent over a year doing Trump's bidding. She gutted the Justice Department, dismantling the units that went after corporate fraud, antitrust violations, and financial crimes that hurt working people every single day.
On top of that, she spent her time in office trying to weaponize the federal government against Trump's "political enemies."
And then there's her egregious betrayal of the Epstein survivors. She chose to shield abusive men in power from accountability instead of fighting for the people they harmed.
This has been the theme of her entire career. Protecting powerful people and special interests instead of working people.
Today, it finally caught up with her.
Not because of any of the awful things I just talked about — but because Trump didn't think she went far enough.
He wants someone even more willing to look the other way while corporations, billionaires, and lobbyists run the table, and even more willing to use the power of the Attorney General's office to carry out his whims.
This is the system we're fighting against. Not just one person, but the entire rigged system that puts power in the hands of special interests, and leaves working people behind.
