No BS—there's a big difference between me and the other candidates in this race.
Before I explain more, can you chip in whatever you can today to help us hit our end-of-quarter $100,000 fundraising goal?

Here's the deal. Health care is too expensive, housing is out of reach for too many families, parents are having to choose between jobs and their kids, and students are taking on massive debt to go to college.
Too many working Californians are stretched too thin.
I know this because I've lived it. I'm a single working mom who knows what it feels like to stretch a budget and clip coupons.
My opponents don't know what that's like. One of them is a billionaire, and the rest are funded by corporate PACs.
I'm running for governor to improve California, not work for the same corporations who got us into this mess.
As governor, I'll fight for single-payer health care, lower housing costs, deliver universal child care, eliminate tuition at public universities, and get rid of state income taxes for Californians earning under $100,000.
My campaign is powered by working Californians, not corporate cash or a personal fortune. It's how I stay accountable to the people, not the big money, and it's why our end-of-quarter goal matters.
So I'm asking: can you chip in $5 to help hit our $100,000 end-of-quarter goal and fuel the organizing and voter outreach it will take to win this race?

Thank you,
Katie
