The crises Trump is manufacturing aren’t slowing down, and neither can our work.

Recurring donors help me sleep at night, Jason.
And right now, I could use a solid night of rest.
April and May are typically lower fundraising months. It’s the height of tax season, families are planning their summer vacations, and honestly, people are tired. November starts to feel like a long way away.
I get it. Life happens, and it’s hard to stay focused when the news cycle never stops. Trump knows that — actually, he counts on it.
His policies are deeply unpopular, his approval ratings are underwater, and his MAGA base is imploding. Instead of changing what he’s doing, he manufactures constant chaos and distractions, designed to leave people feeling hopeless and keep them from building momentum.
But regardless of what the headlines say, the problems we’re facing aren’t going away. The attacks on our rights, working families being squeezed dry at every turn, corporations buying up influence in our elections — they don’t stop because it’s a slow fundraising month. Neither can our work.
Here’s the honest truth: getting through this period requires stability. That stability comes from our recurring donors. When we can count on recurring donors to show up every single month, it makes it possible for us to plan ahead, invest early, and fight back consistently.
We don’t take money from corporate PACs or special interests. We depend on our grassroots community showing up for us because they truly believe in what we’re building at Leaders We Deserve. And right now, in this slow period, your support means more than ever.
If you’re able, can you power our work with a monthly contribution through Election Day? Even $5 or $10 a month gives us the stability we need to keep our candidates in the fight, no matter what distractions get thrown our way.
