Since I became Governor, here’s what we’ve done together:
➡️ We reduced homicides in Maryland — to the lowest level in decades.
➡️ We raised teacher salaries and brought new businesses back at a rate we haven't seen since before the pandemic.
➡️ We lowered energy bills for families across the state by $200 million.
That's not a promise. That's a record.
But here's the hard truth: Maryland's fundraising laws meant I spent months governing — not fundraising. While Republican opponents raised money every single day of the year, we weren't legally allowed to.
That gap is real. And it's why I need you now.
