Happy Father’s Day, friend.
I don't often get to be the one writing to you, but today felt like the right moment.
Wes is many things — a Governor, veteran, and an amazing life partner. But nothing lights him up the way James and Mia do.
Our children are his world, and every decision Wes makes — every early morning, every late night, every mile across this state — is driven by the same thing: making sure they, and every child in Maryland, can achieve anything they set their minds to.
So today, on behalf of our whole family, I just want to say: thank you for sticking with us and believing in what we're building together.
