I’m proud to be the first openly LGBTQ+ Native American woman ever elected to Congress.
I’m proud that I’ve broken the mold of what a typical background is for a member of Congress.
And I’m proud to work my heart out every single day to fight back against discrimination and injustice.
If you’re with me in this fight, then I am humbly asking you to chip in a split donation between my campaign in must-win Kansas’ 3rd and Equality PAC — because, truly, there is so much on the line in this year’s election, including the fundamental freedom to live who we are, openly and proudly.

But things aren’t easy right now. Not in Congress. Not anywhere else.
Today, National Republicans are more emboldened than ever to treat LGBTQ+ kids as political pawns, to fear-monger about our community, and put LGBTQ+ Americans in danger just to score cheap political points.
But if there’s one thing I know, it’s this: I’ve seen the persistence and determination of the LGBTQ+ community. And I know we can keep pushing our country forward, despite all the forces trying to drag us backwards.
