It’s time to unrig Washington

We need an actual plan to clean up Washington.

Jason,   Donald Trump’s net worth just hit $7 billion. According to Forbes, he is $2.7 billion richer than when he won the 2024 election.   People know Washington is rigged.   They watch as billionaires buy our elections. They see outside spending influence the policies their representatives run on. They watch the wealthy and powerful get richer as their own families get left behind.    Trump understood that anger when he promised to “drain the swamp.”   That’s why people voted for him. He lied to their faces.    And that’s why Democrats need our own answer: We need to unrig Washington.   That’s why I’ve put together my own anti-corruption platform.   Here’s what that means:   ✅  Ban all PAC and lobbyist money from Congress ✅  Ban members of Congress and their families from trading stocks ✅  Enact 12-year term limits for members of Congress and 18-year term limits for Supreme Court justices ✅  Institute a binding code of ethics for Supreme Court justices   ADD YOUR NAME: Support Ro's Anti-Corruption Platform. It is unacceptable for elected officials to be bought by special interests, trade stocks while making the rules, or operate without meaningful ethical accountability.   We cannot accept a Washington where the powerful make the rules for the powerful. We must unrig it and put power back in the hands of the people.
